We're recruiting 2 solicitor apprentices to join us in September 2025. They will spend their first two years rotating across various business services teams to develop a solid grounding in the firm’s operations and priority sectors. This will be followed by two years working and learning in legal teams completing a paralegal style role, and then a final two years in a trainee solicitor position, undertaking the firms’ six seat rotation before qualifying.
Our solicitor apprentices will gain an LLB (Hons) in Legal Practice and will qualify as a solicitor. All tuition fees will be paid, and they will earn a salary whilst training and gaining their qualification. All future apprentices at Farrer & Co are also eligible to receive a Starting Work Bonus to assist with either relocation costs; travel costs; lunch costs; purchasing office attire ahead of receiving first salary payment.
