The role

We are looking for an International Commercial Cost Administrator to provide communication, support and tools for our Commercial teams to delight customers and realise our business strategy.

You will work within the Commercial Service and Data team, reporting to the Commercial Pricing and cost Manager, ensuring service performance, supplier issues and data requests are clearly understood and addressed by the correct areas of the business contributing to improved network efficiencies, reduction in costs, and strong client satisfaction.

You will be accountable for

Service Analysis and Communication

Providing regular transparency on service issues – the scale, why they happened and what is being done to resolve them ensuring they ready framed for supplier conversations.

Supplier escalations

  • Supporting Supplier Managers to identify specific supplier issues using the available reports and data and raising these issues to the appropriate level.
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis support and attending supplier meetings or calls to present this where required

Operational efficiency

Highlighting operational supplier issues to Supplier Managers and ensuring appropriate actions are in place to tackle recurring issues.

Supplier Manager Data and Reports

  • Ensuring Supplier Managers either have the data available to self-solve service issues, or work with the various data and BI teams across the business to locate and surface the required data.
  • Identifying reporting or data improvements and engaging the right teams across the business to address these.

Commercial Operations KPIs

Creating and maintaining KPI reports to track success of business actions and to drive the right behaviours where KPIs are not being met.

To be successful in this role you will require the following

  • Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent business experience.
  • Full clean driving licence as role requires travel to Evri Operational sites (e.g. Basildon
  • Previous Logistics or Retail industry experience preferred but not essential.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of our clients’ customer-centric focus.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team and establish effective working relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Highly numerate, skilled and experienced in data analysis, MS Excel and Office.
  • Skills in more technical data software is useful but not essential (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau, SQL).
  • Ability to share knowledge in an engaging way and help coach and develop skills in others.
