As part of our current high-growth phase, we are recruiting 2 People Coordinators to join our busy People team. This is a new and exciting role aimed at supporting employees through the entire employment journey.

Evolito’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of electric propulsion in aerospace applications in support of a net-zero world. Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation.

The role

 Reporting to our People Business Partners, you will assist with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:

  • Supporting with our recruitment process, to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Owning the onboarding process for new starters, including the HR induction process
  • Dealing with internal and external people related inquiries or requests
  • Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees on our new HRM system Workday
  • Updating and creating HR policies in line with both legislation and Evolito’s people-centric culture
  • Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as sickness notes and MATB1s
  • Involvement with organising internal and external Evolito events
  • Completing the employee lifecycle by assisting in offboarding activities

The person

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their HR career who wants to develop in a new and exciting Company. At Evolito, we pride ourselves on developing our employees.

This role offers the scope to develop both internally and externally by offering a variety of experiences and study support, such as CIPD qualifications. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • The ability to work effectively within a small team
  • Good IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Good understanding of the need for diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • UK driving license.
