This is an exciting time to be joining the Propositions Team in a Graduate Product Manager role!

Overview

The successful candidate will be reporting into the Head of Product and working closely with the Propositions Team and wider business to support the management, development, and governance of products and propositions.

You'll take on a variety of tasks that are foundational to the product management process, whilst supporting the development and delivery of new residential property data-led products and product enhancements.

Primary responsibilities will include

  • Gather client feedback for continuous improvement and conduct research to understand future client needs.
  • Support the preparation of proposals for new products, and changes to existing products.
  • Assist the Head of Product to identify and assess opportunities to enhance products and propositions aligned to client and business needs.
  • Support new product initiatives, including proof of concept and client pilots.
  • Work collaboratively with business/data analysts and engineers to ensure user requirements are translated into product deliverables.
  • Undertake user testing to ensure quality standards and user expectations are met.
  • Assist in co-ordinating product launches ensuring a smooth rollout.
  • Proactively monitor MI reports and provide regular product performance updates.
  • Maintain product documents to ensure product literature is accurate and supports client understanding.
  • Keep up to date with the latest product management methodologies, technologies, and trends to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

Knowledge, expertise and qualifications

  • Educational foundation: A recent bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical abilities: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
  • Organizational skills: Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and data: A basic understanding of relevant technologies and data management is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
