About this opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Project Manager to join our Project Management Office.
This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their project management skills while working on cutting-edge telecommunications projects embracing new 5G technology whist working for a Global market leader in telecoms.
The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
You’ll get the opportunity to
Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Supporting with planning, scheduling and resource allocation
- Maintain project baseline budgets against financial targets and roadmaps
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, with support from your project team.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Collaborate with internal teams, Core 3 and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation.
Risk Management
- Identify and analyse project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management plans.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to ensure ongoing quality and continuous improvement.
Administrative Support
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking of project expenses.
- Coordinate and participate in project meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety and quality requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
