You’ll be supported with

Assessment Process - Behavioural Based Assessment (BBA)
We assess candidates through behavioural-based assessments, proven to effectively measure aptitude and potential. Once you’ve applied online, you'll receive a link within 24 hours to complete the BBA. This includes game-based tasks that are analysed and scored. You’ll have the opportunity to practice the test before starting the assessment. The team
You will work with and learn from experienced and professional team members who will coach and mentor you during your internship.
Depending on location, you'll be active in different types of work and involved in the delivery of various projects, all of which will enhance your knowledge and skills.
You will gain experience, learn about our organisation through working in different areas, gaining insight to develop ideas for a future career.

Criteria 1
- You are from a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background*
- You are a UK Commonwealth or EEA National

Criteria 2
- At the point of application, you are in your final year of an undergraduate degree or master’s degree programme
OR
- You have graduated from an undergraduate degree or master’s degree programme within the last 12 months (from June 2024).
Criteria 3
You are currently studying or have studied a degree in any subject**, although we’re particularly interested to hear from you if you studied with a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.

Everyone starting in a new role will be welcomed into the team and given all the training/support needed. After a comprehensive induction, you will be provided with all the equipment required for your role.
