The Broadcaster Services department within Premier League Productions is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Coordinator to assist with delivering the best levels of service to International Licensees of the Premier League.

The On-site Services Coordinator will assist the On-site Services Managers with all aspects of delivering services to licensees from coordinating O.B facilities to generating call sheets and coordinating all aspects of a Premier League match day.

Working as part of the wider Broadcaster Services team, key responsibilities will include the collation of international broadcaster On-site requests, creation and distribution of call sheets and associated match day paperwork for all Premier League fixtures; booking of freelance crew and managing match day accreditation.  The On-site Services Coordinator will also assist with assessing, coordinating and updating of all Outside Broadcast facilities. In addition, the successful candidate will also be required to assist the On-site Services Managers with accurate administration and cost tracking of services the team offer.

The ideal candidate will have previous TV coordination experience, strong customer facing and service skills, attention to detail, a good working knowledge of Excel and Word and excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.  A keen interest in Football and experience of Financial Reporting on SAP/Sales Online or similar software is desirable.

Please note: Occasional evening or weekend work will be required as part of this role. This role is located at IMG Studios, Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Collating and managing on-site match day bookings for international broadcasters, including Premier League Productions
  • Organising and allocating accreditation at assigned Premier League Matches 
  • Coordinating with multiple facility providers to deliver match round services
  • Liaising with Premier League Productions core editorial team
  • Close coordination with the PLP distribution team and Technical Engineering Manager to ensure all on-site services are delivered to the highest standard
  • Processing invoices and cost tracking, within the Broadcaster Services division
  • Other duties, as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Lead On-site Services Manager and/or Production Executive.

Key Results Areas

  • Accurate communication, booking, management and recording of facilities for all on-site requests
  • Distributing detailed, precise call sheets within defined weekly workflows
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork, contracts, insurance, risk assessments etc. are in place for each Premier League fixture.

Knowledge and Experience

Mandatory 

  • Experience in sport production or operations
  • Previous experience in an organizational role dealing with multiple stakeholders

Desirable

  • Knowledge of outside broadcasts
  • Knowledge of satellite bookings and distribution
  • Experience of dealing with UK broadcasters and understanding of the UK TV industry
  • Previous production coordinator experience, particularly within the live outside broadcast area

Unusual Challenges or Circumstances  e.g. shift(s)/ unsocial hours/ travel etc.

  • Travel to outside broadcast locations within the U.K.
