The Revenue Operations Intern will play a vital role in supporting our sales teams by improving and enhancing our customer database. You will take ownership of Salesforce data quality, ensuring data precision and completeness. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations and contribute to impactful projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Work together with revenue operations and sales teams to enrich and cleanse data in Salesforce, ensuring data precision and completeness.
  • Collaborate with new business teams to examine and record customer account data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Keeping record of system changes and work with Revenue Operations Reporting manager to schedule data updates.
  • Help in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for sales processes and monitor dashboard metrics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Revenue Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional presence.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Native or proficient in English.
  • Availability for a full time position.
  • Currently pursuing/recently finished a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding of CRMs (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
