We are recruiting for somebody who is fluent in English and German, passionate about travel, and ready to help customers enjoy brilliant holidays to join us as a Customer Communications Executive at easyJet holidays. We’re growing fast and expanding into new markets, which means we need exceptional people to join our team.
As our Customer Communications Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our mission - shaping how we talk to our customers and ensuring every communication is clear, engaging, and true to our easyJet holidays tone of voice. You’ll create content for emails, text messages, chatbots, and our website, supporting customers across the UK, Germany, and Switzerland. With your excellent written and spoken German, you’ll also ensure smooth and market-relevant translations for our German-speaking customers.
Reporting to the Customer Communications Manager, you’ll work across teams to make exciting ideas a reality, from creating fresh, on-brand communications to helping transition to a new platform for automated messaging. You’ll also be part of our 24/7 on-call roster, helping handle incidents or disruptions.

What you’ll bring to the team
We're looking for somebody who is fluent in German and great with words. We’d love it if you have experience in copywriting – whether that’s in PR, marketing, customer comms, or content creation, however if you don’t but you’re fluent in written and spoken English and German, have a talent for creating clear, engaging writing, and are passionate about communication, we’d still love to hear from you, and experience with CMS systems like Sitecore and email template building would be a bonus.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
