The Challenge Ahead
As part of the Global Commercial Operations Channel Delivery team you will be part of the team responsible for executing our plans across all channels, stores and partners. Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all EA assets, content submissions for Console, & PC content across all platforms and digital channels.
As a Rotational Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple functional teams including, Digital Storefront Operations, Digital at Retail, and Digital Code Management. This program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our operations and develop your skills in different areas.
As well as working across the operations team you will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital Merchandising, Content Adaptation and Brand Marketing to deliver exceptional gaming experiences and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Content Operations - partner with internal stakeholders to gain an overview of future titles and go to market plans. Initiate product set up, maintain schedule & status updates.
- Communication & Engagement - actively participate in team meetings, offering fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to enhance current processes.
- Accurate & Timely Execution - assist in end-to-end delivery of digital content across multiple platforms and channels, ensuring a smooth on time product launch.
- Post Mortem and Opportunity Analysis - perform post mortem analysis on various releases to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- You are currently studying in the penultimate year of a Bachelor’s degree (not a graduate).
- You are available to commence a full-time, 12 month placement in July 2025.
- You are located and eligible to work in Guildford, UK without the need for visa/relocation support
