The Junior PPC Executive will be responsible for planning and optimising a variety of Paid Search advertising campaigns, to maximise the return on investment and drive forward innovative ideas.
Working as part of a dynamic in house digital marketing team, the ideal candidate for this role will have a keen interest in performance marketing, demonstrate a strong customer focused approach and strive to achieve best in class campaign execution. Attention to detail, highly analytical mindset and comfortable handling of data and Excel are essential skills within the role.
Responsibilities will include overseeing a variety of existing campaigns, suggesting areas for optimisation, supporting active A/B testing plans and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role will report to the PPC Manager and support the broader PPC Team to help achieve key company, department & category KPIs.
What you'll be doing
- Create and maintain PPC campaigns – working to category specific ROAS and ROI targets.
- Create A/B testing plans on ad copy, landing pages, images, etc. – looking to drive CTR & conversion rate.
- Actively seek out new keyword opportunities using a variety of methods and tools.
- Monitor and influence bidding activity on PPC keywords and products, with a view to driving revenue, whilst maintaining ROAS and ROI v targets.
- Support managers in delivering category and team KPIs, calling out when performance is changing.
- Own sub-cat day to day performance, actions and supporting category trade meetings.
- Taking ownership of work to ensure all PPC activity is being implemented to an expected standard, limiting errors and risk.
- Actively manage task list, understand prioritization and feedback on risk of tasks not being completed or wider impact they may have.

- Experience writing exciting and compelling customer facing copy
