Working as part of our Merchandising team, you will be involved in trading your department to delight our customers with our product range. You'll work closely with our Merchandisers to ensure our products are in the right place, at the right time. You'll analyse sales data, manage stock levels, and collaborate with suppliers to support the department's success.

This role is the next step up in our career path. First, there's the Merchandise Assistant position, where we offer an 18-month training program to help you transition to becoming a Junior Merchandiser. Then, there's the Merchandiser role, where we provide a variety of specialised courses and training sessions to support your progression. It's all about helping you grow and develop.

What you'll be doing
- Critical Path Management. You will be responsible for critical path planning for your department for all new range launches, marketing and promotional activity. Ensuring correct dates are logged & tracked for key milestones being hit on time & updating the team weekly.
- Raise and maintain purchase orders and ensure the system accurately reflects intake. Challenges delays and understands impact to availability.
- Plans future and current and allocations. Raises allocations after gaining sign off. Involves key stakeholders (Warehouse capacity ream, Store Operations and updating the Bulletin).
- Complete weekly stock reporting & identifying risk & actions to my merchandiser.
- Availability – assist Merchandising team in planning department line-cards, strong working relationship with suppliers.
