What you'll be doing
Work on-the-ground in one of our stores, where you’ll learn to deliver unforgettable customer service
- Own projects within the scope of departmental and personal objectives
- Engage with the wider business through roles in cross-functional teams
- Participate in leadership workshops and development programmes that’ll shape you into a future leader
- Gain an in-depth understanding of your chosen business area, with the potential to rotate to another departmen
- Get to know a member of the Executive Board of Directors with quarterly catch ups – as well as being coached by some of our brilliant minds in retail
What happens once your Graduate scheme finishes?
You’ll have worked across multiple areas on the Graduate scheme so you will certainly have had exposure within your function. On completing the scheme you’ll be well positioned to apply for a permanent position with us. We’ll work with you to discuss your preferences and whether it’s a functional role in one of your project areas, a Product Owner or Business Analyst - there are no limits.

What we'll look for in you
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of competency in the use of spreadsheets / databases
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Clear & engaging communication, confidence to engage cross-functionally at all levels within the organisation
- Adaptable and flexible with a can-do attitude to problem solving
- Previous project management experience desirable, capability to develop these skills essential
