Help protect The Magic of Disney by joining the Media & Licensing Sensitive Information Protection (SIP) team as the Content Security Operations Intern, Sensitive Information Protection, APAC. This role will report into the Manager, Content Security and Sensitive Information Protection, APAC based in Singapore and be a key contributor of the Disney Entertainment SIP Core teams – the group responsible for developing and maintaining the SIP portfolio of products and services for both Television and Streaming Media (Disney+) services in APAC.

The Content Security Operations Intern will work directly with the various SIP Managers and Security Teams, both regional and global, to support the day-to-day management of the Marketing & Licensing SIP vendors, third parties and production companies’ assessment program and to support all related initiatives – including but not limited to training and awareness management, KPI reporting.

You are self-motivated, can lead projects autonomously, and are comfortable acting as the primary representative of the Media & Licensing SIP team, as needed.

Responsibilities

Third Party Assessment & Training

  • Support third party security assessment workflows process.
  • Ensure third parties are processed and tracked using tracking platform and ensure training for vendors.
  • Help remediate potential GRC platform issues.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collate new production related data (intake forms) and validate.
  • Output data into a production tracker
  • Ensure that all security groups (Information Security, Production Security, Content Security and Health and Safety) are aligned.

Processes Optimization

  • Analyse and optimize repeatable processes.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and related communication.
  • Engage with various managers to review existing methodologies and create efficiencies where possible.

Report Management

  • Assist in the creation of presentation materials used for quarterly updates with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation or update for presentation decks ahead of critical business meetings.
  • Generate monthly KPI & reports.
  • Create other ad-hoc quarterly reports as needed.

Incident Management

  • Maintain incident tracker using online service.
  • Memorialize leaks for reusability and documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of quarterly leaks reports by partnering with appropriate stakeholders.

Internship requirements

  • Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
  • Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between July to December 2024

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in the fields of Communication, Business, Learning & Development, or equivalent experience
  • Interests in organizational management, communications, or similar fields
  • Excellent written, verbal, editorial and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and fast-paced change driven by growth and client expectations
  • Experience in presentation development and delivery
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and trends and learn new tools or skills
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to create Web content through platforms such as WordPress, Confluence, SharePoint
  • Knowledge and understanding of Media Production
  • Knowledge of the Disney brands, especially TV and Streaming
  • Comfortable interacting credibly and representing the Disney brand with external business clients at all levels
  • Proven project/time management skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Graphic design experience, specifically for internal newsletters, branding, style guides, presentations
