As a graphic designer you will

  • Develop the deVOL brand identity across various platforms, including our website, online shop, print materials, and packaging.
  • Edit and refine photos of our kitchens and accessory products.
  • Upload and manage website content, enhance user experience, and design new features for our website.
  • Create and order branded materials, including brochures.
  • Produce monthly magazine adverts for international and local publications.
  • Collaborate with teams in PR, Marketing, Product Development, and Web Development.
  • Occasionally contribute to projects for our sister company, Floors of Stone, and external clients.

Our ideal candidate is

  • Professional and detail-oriented. Skilled in photo editing, proofreading, and handling large amounts of text.
  • Creative and brand-savvy. Passionate about design, with an eye for consistency and fine details.
  • Proficient with design tools. Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD (or similar tools like Figma).

Working at Cotes Mill is a unique experience. Set in a 1,000-year-old water mill surrounded by 12 acres of wildlife and bordered by the River Soar, it's a truly inspiring environment.

We offer a competitive salary and during your first year you will receive training in the role and performance appraisals where your pay will be reviewed. After this we offer annual pay reviews and continued support from the team.

You will receive 22 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays) which can increase with length of service and experience, as well as life insurance, a wellness program, cycle 2 work scheme and company events.
