The purpose of this role is to implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives; planning and organising promotional presentations; and updating calendars.

Role purpose

As a Paid Social Executive at dentsu, you will be the driving force behind our in-house paid social to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation for dentsu . In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the paid social strategy, developing and executing creative paid social campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in creating captivating content, managing paid social channels for denstu, and leveraging analytics to optimise our agency and sub-brands' digital footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage our agency's paid social account, including platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (brands include dentsu, iProspect, dentsu X, Carat and Merkle).
  • Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns to elevate the agency's brand and services.
  • Monitor and optimise ad performance to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on the performance of our paid social campaigns.
  • Plan and track budget and spend across paid social campaigns.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Craft compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Brief in assets to our creative team to be used in paid social campaigns
  • Stay at the forefront of paid social and digital marketing trends.
  • Recommend and implement innovative strategies to maintain our agency's competitive edge.
  • Support with the implementation of paid social strategies tailored for our marketing agencies.

Experience

  • Proven experience in paid social management and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and advertising capabilities.
