Spring into Deloitte - Inspiring Women
We’re looking for women in their first year of a degree programme (or second year of a four-year course) to join our Spring into Deloitte programme in April 2025.
These paid work insight events show you the exciting careers and inclusive culture we offer. From learning new skills to networking and meeting diverse groups of people, it’s a chance to immerse yourself in the business world and see what feels right for you.

At the Spring into Deloitte events, you’ll hear from inspiring female leaders within the firm, and learn more about the exciting opportunities we can offer. Who’s it for?
Our Spring into Deloitte programmes are for students in their first year of university (or second year on a four-year course) who are on track for a 2:1. You also need to be studying at the UK university to apply for this programme.
Spring into Deloitte welcomes people from all backgrounds, but we are particularly keen to see applications from women. We respect differences (whether seen or hidden, physical, monetary or cultural) and our inclusive workspaces aim to support individuals to build a fulfilling career and seek the opportunities they deserve.

Programme Details:
This two-day insight programme focuses on in Strategy, Risk and Technology. Our teams in Strategy, Risk and Technology help clients to navigate risks, process major transactions, implement new technology and deliver transformational change that will future-proof their firms. If you like problem-solving and working on innovative projects in a diverse team, this is the right path for you.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the exciting projects we run, and meet representatives from our diversity networks, including inspiring women and members of our Black Experience team. As well as gaining an insight into the work you could be doing, you’ll also hear more about our values and inclusive culture.
Spring into Deloitte can also open new opportunities within the firm. After you’ve completed your programme, you could convert to our Summer Vacation Scheme or Industrial Placement in Strategy, Risk & Technology for 2026.
Please note, you won’t be able to switch after you choose a specific path for Spring into Deloitte so please do not apply for the role if you are interested in Audit or Tax.
