We are looking for an enthusiastic Training Placement Student to join our team specializing in Supply Chain key processes that enable successful performance through our facility and network in UK, Daventry. The successful student will join our Training team and support delivering training and development programs associated with process capability. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 7 th July 2025.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinates the logistical support required for delivering training and development programs, assists with needs analysis, audience analysis and tasks analysis.
- Contributes to the planning and implementation of training and development programs.
- Prepares instructional materials including participant guides, presentations. (process documents, control plans).
- Maintains records and reports on individual and group training progress using common tools and systems, implements evaluation plans and prepares evaluation reports.
- Gathers data and information required improvement recommendations.
- Supports learning and development activities, instructor-led events and e-learning, including communication, scheduling events, facilitators, employees, vendors and facilities, and coordinating materials and conference room logistics.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Working towards a degree in Business management or Supply chain related field.
- Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint (Access and Visio beneficial)
- Previous experience in a Training role would be beneficial.
- Ability to understand process flows and create process documentation, manage workload effectively, works well as part of a team.
