Crux Project Managers work with our multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams to lead and manage the development of medical and consumer goods devices, from concept through to production. This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and delivery focused individual, looking to work on some of the world’s most exciting product development projects, with the drive and enthusiasm to push forward in a fast past-paced and supportive team environment.

What we’re looking for
- On track to achieve, or have recently graduated with, a first classification in a relevant accredited degree program.
- Understanding of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Ability to track project progress, delivering on-time and budget.
- Ability to address issues as they arise, and both make and drive decisions.
- Ability to communicate ideas and work flexibly within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work within multiple cross-disciplinary teams and be client facing.
