Our 3-year Level 7 apprenticeship programme will give you the skills and support you need to build your career at Crowe within the Corporate Tax department of our Thames Valley office.

What to expect

Our Tax team help businesses navigate the complexities of corporate tax, whether undertaking a transaction, needing international tax advice, or support with corporate tax reporting obligations.

You will be a key member of the team from day one and will get involved with client work quickly, exposing you to the depth of services that Crowe provides, and the wide variety of organisations that we advise.

Your study route

During your apprenticeship you will work towards the ATT qualification and then the CTA route to becoming a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser.

Crowe will provide the foundations for your development, and the qualifications and tools, you need to succeed in your career.

You will be supported throughout your studies by our People Development team at Crowe, and a talent coach from your study provider.

Whatever your ambitions, your professional development will continue well beyond your trainee years.

Our minimum requirements

  • Degree - 2:2 or equivalent
  • BBC (or 112 UCAS points) from three A Levels (or equivalent)
  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English Language

Your application will not be based on academic performance alone. You will be required to demonstrate the strengths and qualities which underpin our core values, including personal drive, integrity and teamwork.

If you do not meet all the entry requirements, you may still be considered if the rest of your application is strong. If you have any extenuating circumstances that you believe we should consider, and you are comfortable sharing, please let our recruitment team know and this will be looked at alongside your application.
