What to expect

As the Global Sales Operations Intern of our Global Sales Operations Team, you will provide support to the Global Sales Operations & CRM team. Working to support primarily the Global team, but also in collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders across all three global regions in the commercial organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Services), with our business partners such as IT and external suppliers where required.

  • Support the Senior Business analysts in updating and maintaining training materials as to relates to our commercial capabilities (SFDC, Conga, Showpad) to help drive improvement and adoption.
  • Support the updating of key commercial KPIs and metrics, including visualization, for the GSO quarterly business reviews.
  • Work with the Senior Business Analysts and IT in the day-to-day admin and maintenance (in JIRA) with regards to our monthly operational release with IT.
  • Support the Senior Director and Snr BAs with key CRM project support as required.
  • Support the GSO team in driving improvement data quality across our CRM, including contact data quality.
  • Take ownership of the monthly licence review process.
  • Support Snr Bas in working with Commercial functions to understand ‘as is’ processes.
  • Support Process mapping and documentation.
  • Regular reporting of project KPIs and metrics.

About you

We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, who is naturally curious and keen to seek out the ‘what’ as well as the ‘why’.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Organisation skills
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • High computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures.
  • Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail oriented and proactive.

Education

  • Currently undertaking an undergraduate degree in Business / Sales or a closely related degree, and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
