What to expect
As the Credit Controller & Finance Administrator of our Speciality Eye Care Finance Team, you will assist within the commercial finance operation with customer credit control processing, management accounts information and reporting requirements.
Essential functions accountabilities
- Responsible for the full scope of Accounts Receivable from customer master data maintenance, chase debtors, management on stop customers and Ageing reporting according to CooperVision's policies & working instructions.
- To assist with posting cash book transactions to customer accounts and bank account reconciliation.
- Collecting data for sales reporting purposes.
- To assist with sales reporting & pricing analysis.
- To assist with budgets and forecasts.
- To provide commercial finance analytical support for wider team.
- To assist with month end activities.
Process optimization continuous improvement
- Contribute as necessary towards the continuous improvement of existing Accounts Receivable processes, structures, and systems.
- Support where necessary the implementation of enabling technologies, e.g. automation and workflow approval, initiatives.
About you
You could be a recent finance graduate or AAT/ part qualified with experience of accounting in a high-volume transactional environment, we are open to candidates with different experience levels. You will have a ‘hands on approach’ with an analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.
