You will be based in our East Midlands office during your placement year.
The start date for this role will be September 2025.
About you…

- minimum requirement would be to have completed a minimum of 3 A Levels or equivalent with grades BBC (with a minimum of one A Level in numerical or business-related subjects desirable)

About the day to day…
- Working mainly within the Deal Origination Team, which builds a pipeline of deals for the wider Corporate Finance team
- Using research tools to find interesting businesses for the Corporate Finance team, creating target lists and highlighting key businesses we should get to know
- Researching markets that are attractive for M&A, using webinars, industry experts’ publications etc
- Creating insight pieces and market analysis , using knowledge from the wider Corporate Finance team and original research, to help build relationships with new and existing targets
- Working to deadlines and multi-tasking to support other members of the wider Corporate Finance team
- Taking responsibility for Cooper Parry Corporate Finance’s social media presence – posting on LinkedIn to attract the right audience and monitoring our reach
