Our HR team is at the heart of the business, and you’ll be a key part of making sure our teams are equipped to deliver better outcomes for our customers, faster. Motivated and passionate about building a great culture, you’ll get involved in every aspect of HR, including talent development, colleague engagement and strategic people projects. There won’t be a dull moment.
As well as an interest in a career in HR, you’ll be an exceptional communicator and manager of stakeholders. We know you’ll be learning, but you’ll need a commercial sense and an ability to work with data. You’ll also be a creative-problem solver and you’ll throw yourself into work with passion and determination.
To be part of our Meerkat mob, you’ll be
- A graduate with a degree in any subject from any University (2:1 or above)
- Ambitious enough to want to play a pivotal role in strategic and operational change, working with key stakeholders across the business to develop and implement the commercial agenda strategies
- Great at communicating and collaborating because you’ll work with colleagues across the business and, providing guidance and support on all aspects of our agenda
- Able to adapt quickly to new challenges without drama and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A driver of our people initiatives, super-organised and a boss at time management
- Proactive, able to demonstrate initiative and curious to learn, grow and develop
