What you'll do
- Support our Client Account Managers with day-to-day operations, from onboarding new clients to managing account data.
- Communicate directly with clients, assisting with queries and building great relationships.
- Contribute to creating seamless client experiences by maintaining high standards of service and delivery.
- Assist with reporting, billing, and resolving disputes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Get hands-on experience with projects that improve processes and drive operational excellence.
What we’re looking for
- Ideally, some experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confidence with numbers and tools like MS Office, especially Excel (basic to medium proficiency required – there will be an Excel test).
- Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus!
- A curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for getting things done.
