About the role

We are seeking a Junior DVT Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art radio systems. Reporting to the Video & IP Lead this role will create repeatable test methods to validate both new and existing radio-based products. You’ll also develop PC-based applications in C/C++ or Python to manage TCP/IP equipment and gather metrics for analysis

Key responsibilities will include

  • Test and compare firmware to specifications and features.
  • Provide actionable insights to our engineering team based on test results.
  • Maintain software and radio systems, ensuring alignment with specifications.
  • Offer support to internal departments and customers as needed.

About you

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your expertise while applying your proactive problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills. You’ll work alongside a dedicated, friendly, and highly engaged team, all focused on advancing our world-leading products. An Electronic or Computer Science degree will serve as a strong foundation for success in this role.

Please note, this position requires the ability to obtain UK Security Clearance and is based on-site at our Whiteley facility
