In our small yet mighty marketing team, you’ll deliver solutions and efficiently support our sales team. As the Parts & Services Channel Marketing Intern, you will support the AG Sales & Marketing team in driving sustainable sales, margins, and market share growth for Genuine CNHi Parts in the UK & ROI markets. Your focus will be on enhancing two key channels: Ecommerce and Sell Out.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell Out:
    • Collaborate with the Sell Out Specialist to create and execute quarterly and digital campaigns, loyalty programs, and communication strategies.
    • Maintain communication platforms that provide product information, raising brand awareness among customers and end-users.
    • Manage the deployment of all outgoing sell-out communications.
    • Create sell-out KPI reports and PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
    • Assist with sell-out events at dealership locations.
  • Ecommerce:
    • Oversee daily channel activities using Power BI dashboard reporting, supporting the dealer network in product and channel queries.
    • Collaborate with the Central Ecommerce team to refine local channel strategies and drive online sales within dealerships.
    • Generate and analyze main KPI sales reports (e.g., dealer performance, quotes, abandoned carts).
    • Own the Ecommerce newsletter, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to the dealer network.
    • Assist with organizing Ecommerce stands for dealer open days.

Candidate requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, or Business Administration, or possess equivalent experience in the agricultural sector or B2B Ecommerce channel marketing.
  • Solutions-oriented, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong analytical skills to summarize sales data and identify trends.
  • Creative mindset with proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe tools to design promotional materials.
  • Excellent proofreading and copywriting abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Motivated by challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential.
  • Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
