We are seeking students for a 12-month internship in Systems Integration at our Basildon head office and plant, starting in July-August 2025. This position offers an exciting opportunity to understand the New Product Development process, focusing on testing and validating new product designs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing system and process issues
- Collaborate with teams across Europe to resolve software issues
- Use diagnostic equipment and software to make necessary changes
- Follow strict test plans to evaluate each feature within the system and report findings to your manager
Job requirements and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Interest in farm machinery or a farming background is advantageous
- Fluency in English
- Understanding of engine/transmission functionality is beneficial
- Valid driving license
- Demonstrated problem-solving experience
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication and presentation skills
