We’re offering an exciting yearlong internship with our Product Support team, ideal for an enthusiastic engineering student or recent graduate with a passion for land-based engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on-site tractor testing, investigate and replicate dealer-reported faults, and report findings to product specialists for continuous improvement.
- Respond to dealer inquiries through ASIST, logging and addressing faults.
- Assist field service technicians with diagnosing and repairing machines during dealer visits.
Job requirements and qualifications
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electrics (training provided).
- Interest in machines is essential; knowledge of agriculture is beneficial.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative working skills.
- Quick learner with motivation to develop existing knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- A valid driving license is essential.
