Reporting to the Marketing Manager within UK & ROI Commercial Operations, the Marketing and Brand Communication Support Intern will play a crucial role in planning and organizing New Holland and Case IH stands at national shows and events.
The intern will also assist in coordinating dealer training sessions, tracking marketing campaigns, and managing financial administration tasks. Additionally, the intern will contribute creatively by helping to develop social media content, competitions, and campaigns while collaborating with a knowledgeable team eager to share their expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing New Holland and Case IH stands at national shows and events, ensuring all tasks are tracked, including arranging marketing materials, staffing, and machinery requirements.
- Support the planning and organization of dealer training, managing bookings, timetables, catering, and participating in training sessions to enhance your knowledge.
- Monitor current marketing campaigns and strategies, providing insights and ideas for major publications and events.
- Handle financial administration tasks, including invoicing, credit notes, purchase requisitions (PRs), and updating budget sheets.
- Manage the administration of brochure restocks, invoicing, and replacement stock.
- Help create engaging social media posts, competitions, and campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team eager to share their knowledge and experience.
