About the role
The role involves supporting projects such as client integrations, portfolio and accounting data conversions, service delivery changes and sales support. The Intern will primarily be responsible for data file analysis, loading/reconciliation of data migrations and incoming/outgoing file implementation.
The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential. The Conversion Intern role is part of a global conversion team and may be required to support multiple time zones during large projects.

Responsibilities
- You will be working on incoming file testing, new clients, existing client’s new business, existing client’s new asset classes & migrations to new vendor
- Instruct/Extract
- Standard - Stakeholder/Business Analyst/Testing
- Custom - Extract File Development - Stakeholder/Business Analyst/Testing
- Migrations to New Vendor
- Work on functional data migration, including internal & external data conversions and internal system migrations
- Responsible for system set up and coordination with third parties
- Control client user setup/permissions
- Responsible for client reporting data capture and coordination with 3 rd parties
- Engage with existing clients/vendor on efficiency projects
- Tracking of projects, progress, status and deadlines & MIS Reporting
- Stakeholder for invoicing for communications & connectivity charges
Qualifications
- You are studying a degree that is in a Business or Finance related disciple.
- Proven interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Attention to detail
- Team player who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
