The team are responsible for defining our philosophy, strategy, governance and tools, animating key topics including: People experience, talent management & development, executive talent, talent acquisition & campus management.
As a global position, this role involves building relationships with partners across all Regions and Divisions.

Precisely, through
- Supporting the ‘leadership landscape’ data analysis – exploring and presenting progress on key diversity metrics, as well as development actions, internal and external hires in our senior teams.
- Supporting the implementation of a new technology to power our internal and external talent marketplace – assisting in building and rolling out change and communications materials.
- Designing experiential online training for some of our core programs e.g. Performance@Chanel.
- Tracking and supporting our executive talent assessments – following leaders journeys and ensuring regular touchpoints, and a best-in-class experience.
- Contributes to overseeing our virtual coaching cohorts – regular reporting and follow up with HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth and successful experience and impacts measured.
- Supporting the administration of our global community platforms and programmes – including our talent card application, and ‘Pivot’ a methodology to consider your next career step.
- This includes coordinating training for HR and Managers, reporting on numbers of talents leveraging the tools, capturing feedback and areas of improvement and more.
- Contributing to the design and orchestration of our Talent and Learning community events – bringing 60 global partners together to collaborate on common strategies and plans.
