To support the growth of the wider business, CFC's People function is now a team of 27 working across HR, Payroll and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development.

Our Talent Acquisition team looks after all recruitment, and work to attract the best talent into our underwriting, claims, technology and business support functions, working with stakeholders across the business in all international locations. We are now looking for a Coordinator to join us to support our TA Specialists in delivering our first-class recruitment service.

You will support them on an administrative basis, supporting through the entire recruitment process, from initial job posting through to employment offer and new hire on-boarding. You will be responsible for creating reports and the team MI/Data being kept up to date and accurate at all times, so strong Excel skills are critical for this role.

About the role

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and looking at how we continually improve the recruitment experience for our hiring managers and candidates and ensuring excellence for end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Ensuring our Pinpoint recruitment system is kept updated and uploading new roles, removing filled roles and tracking the status of all open roles.
  • Ensuring efficient recruitment support and administration for our end-to-end recruitment processes and work in close collaboration with the recruitment team and hiring managers;
  • Working to ensure TA Specialists are always working to best practice, and continuously review processes to see where things can be streamlined or improved
  • Arranging all interviews, booking meeting rooms and gaining availability from candidates and hiring managers
  • Keeping timely communications, updates and feedback, provided via email, phone and/or video call to candidates and external recruitment agencies;
  • Ensuring team MI/Data is kept up to date and accurate at all time
  • Creating recruitment MI/reporting and tracking of key hiring metrics, monitoring any anomalies or breaks in data on Excel
  • Creating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports from our key metrics
  • Creating postings for all job adverts on relevant social media and job boards to market CFC’s open vacancies
  • Collating relevant candidate data to draft employment offers (using DocuSign), and work with the broader HR and L&D team to support pre-boarding and induction of new joiners;
  • Managing the onboarding process for all new starters, ensuring everything is aligned with HR and IT Teams and managing the communication with line managers.
  • Ensuring that all mandatory pre-employment background screening checks are completed in a timely manner for all new joiners internationally
  • Supporting on external recruitment events, meet ups and assessment days

About you

We are looking for self starters that enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the personal information we handle, you will be extremely detail focused with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy of work. You will have advanced Excel skills and be comfortable working with large sets of data, creating formulas and pulling data into clear repots.

As the main point of contact for all new joiners, you will enjoy working with people and have strong inter-personal skills to provide an excellent candidate experience. You will be a confident communicator, working with stakeholders at all levels across the business and handling various candidate communications. You will have strong time management, organisation and multi-tasking abilities as you will be managing the onboarding for multiple new joiners at once.

Previous experience within a recruitment role is not essential, but some demonstrable experience supporting a fast paced and high performing team in an administrative capacity would be highly desirable.
