Our software development team is the engine room of our business, providing bespoke systems that give us our competitive advantage in a dynamic and fast paced marketplace. You will work across all of our current technology platforms including our bespoke back-office system, online insurance trading platform and a new dynamic document management system as well as driving innovation on new cutting-edge projects and initiatives.
Our industrial placement is a 12-month immersive program based in London and designed to give computer science students real-world experience in a Tech role and exposure to areas like Software Development, DevOps, Data Science, and Infrastructure. From day one you’ll be exposed to a wide range of technologies and have the opportunity to rotate around different areas to build your knowledge and understanding of roles in Technology.
