Your role

Our Transition and Transformation Team has a unique opportunity for a Transformation Intern to join the team for a 1-year internship. This role will give exposure to all areas of the business, both functional and operational.

In this role you directly support the European Contract Logistics team to deliver business change and transformation programs where you will on digital communication, organizational and people skills.

For this role you can be located anywhere in United Kingdom but will need to travel to our Head Office in Ashby de la Zouch office, at least once a week. This is a Monday - Friday position, 40 hours per week.

For the right candidate this is a unique and high-profile early career role. It will suit an ambitious and naturally curious individual with strong interpersonal skills. Although this role is for an Intern for One year, there is opportunity for this to turn into a permanent role and be the first step on an exciting career in CEVA Logistics.

What are you going to do?

Reporting into the Head of Strategy and Transformation you will contribute to the creation, delivery, monitoring and communication of strategic plans. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creation of digital material such as videos, presentations and documents in support of the European Contract Logistics team
  • Liaise with stakeholders at various levels to obtain information needed to inform content from 20 countries across Europe
  • Maintain CL Europe Strategy documentation such as schedules, trackers and other program documentation
  • Support live events by setting up and administrating online and in person events with the European Contract Logistics leadership team
  • Work with teams across Europe to track their progress on execution of strategic plans.

This role will communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple business areas and levels of seniority. You will need to be able to create and maintain relationships with colleagues across Europe.

You will also be required to travel within Europe to create digital content, so flexibility is essential.

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role the below skills are relevant:

  • Strong command of digital communications such as video editing, photo editing, graphic design, social media and written communications is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and time management is essential.
  • Ability to use Microsoft (MS) Office, MS Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop Premier Pro, Canva, MS Clip Champ and social media platforms is essential.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is desirable but not essential is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Coding Languages such as SQL, Python, Java Script, Java, Power BI and MS Excel Query is desirable but not essential is desirable.
