We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an ambitious graduate to join our Bristol based Commercial Agency team as an Assistant Surveyor on a fixed term contract starting in October 2024.

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain some hands-on experience in the property industry while working alongside industry professionals. It will be a varied and interesting role requiring project and business management skills with hands-on delivery to provide property services to a wide range of clients.

 Main tasks

  • Assisting the agency team with a variety of tasks including leasing/lettings and purchase/sale)
  • Assisting in the delivery of projects.
  • Client interaction including visiting client sites.
  • Taking an active role in the development and implementation of efficient, ‘best practice’ internal systems and processes, optimising IT and other resources.
  • Implementation of policy as required and ensuring legal compliance on all work carried out.
  • Developing your skills, experience and competency to gain chartered status.
  • Assisting in the day to day running of the commercial office

What will it take to be successful?

We are looking for forward thinking and entrepreneurial graduates with a can-do attitude, you will have the ability to manage multiple project and deal with a variety of work. You will ideally have a RICS accredited degree, however, we welcome applications from those with a non-accredited degree who are looking to pursue a career.
