About you
A Welsh speaker with a flair for creativity? Do you possess strong analytical skills, and an interest in how social media is used to engage the residents of Carmarthenshire? If you’re eager to apply your Welsh language skills in a professional setting and contribute to promoting our beautiful County, this 3-month paid internship may be for you.

- Welsh Language – able to use your Welsh language daily through conversations with customers and your team and learn how to produce bilingual social media content that reflects our commitment to the 'Cymraeg 2050' strategy of reaching one million Welsh speakers by 2050.
- Social Media Savvy - an understanding of how to effectively use different platforms to maximise reach and engagement for the people of Carmarthenshire
- Analytical Mindset - You are comfortable analysing data to gauge the success of media initiatives and adapt strategies accordingly
