The role
The Merchandising Planner Intern is responsible for supporting DTC replenishment activities to secure healthy stock in Retail stores and E-commerce, at the same time assisting Planning Manager on daily activities and reporting.
- Product allocation for Retail and E-commerce with specific focus on manual allocations for Customer Requests coming through Retail Stores
- Daily monitor of Best Sellers stock and sales across the business, initiate consolidations in the event of regional out of stocks
- Ongoing analysis of sales and inventory to flag over and under stocks risks
- Cooperate with Retail Store teams for assortment opportunities and queries
- Provide product recommendations to stakeholders for different initiatives (retail incentives, marketing, PR…) as required by the business
About you
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks, possess a can-do attitude
- Analytical skills with a focus on data and detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Time management, organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
