Tailored training

On our 24-month programme, we understand that everyone comes to us with a unique background and skill set. That's why our tailored training is designed to cater to your personal strengths and experiences. During this immersive programme, you will delve into dynamic rotations within your specific areas including Asset investment, performance and control, design, commercial and customer engagement. In these roles, you will be actively involved in projects where you'll analyse, strategize, and contribute to shaping the future of the business. Your tasks will involve delving into data and analytics, uncovering existing trends, and anticipating future ones. You'll also be liaising with both external and internal stakeholders, adding a collaborative dimension to your experience. During your 24 month programme your skills will flourish as you learn directly from seasoned professionals within the business, engaging in impactful projects that contribute to our company's success. Gain hands-on experience, refine your expertise, and develop key skills in a real-world setting.
