We're looking for a detail-oriented Ops Intern to manage the delivery of our customer’s trips. As our Ops Intern, you’ll coordinate and deliver our trips once booked, from checking tickets and passes, to finalising Journey Guides and calling hotels. You’ll be fantastic at time management and multi-tasking, working through a pipeline of tasks to get trips ready for departure and reacting to pre- and post-trip disruption, collaborating with our Routing team for more complex fixes and with our Customer Support and Concierge teams for customer communications.
Our ideal candidate will have operational experience and a passion for a more sustainable travel landscape. You’ll have a proactive, problem-solving mindset, ready to tackle operational challenges. We’re looking for someone who believes in our mission of making flight-free travel a mainstream choice. This role would suit someone with superb attention to detail who can organise their own time, remain focused, plan ahead and anticipate the needs of our customers and the wider team.
We help holidaymakers love their journeys

We’re growing 3x YoY and are regularly featured in the press, including the Guardian, BBC, and New York Times.

How to apply
Please apply here with your CV and a short covering letter. We're more interested in your covering letter than your CV.

The process
If we like your application, we'll schedule a 15-minute call for you and Andy (Ops Executive). After that, there's a short take-home scenario followed by an interview with Maria (Ops Team Lead). We offer flexible scheduling for our multi-stage interview process and are open to adjustments based on candidate needs.
