Power On, who are part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for a Finance Assistant, on a 1 year fixed term basis, who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

As the Finance Assistant your key responsibilities are

  • Raising purchase orders and processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements & processing stock sheets
  • Issue supplier remittances
  • Support with weekly payment run checks
  • Answering queries and providing general finance office support
  • Undertaking ad-hoc assignments as may be required by the Finance Team

About you

  • Minimum GCSE’s Maths & English
  • Previous finance experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high customer service
  • Ability to use MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
