Battersea Power Station Development

The transformation of the 42-acre brownfield site around the formerly redundant Battersea Power Station is one of the most ambitious regeneration projects London has seen in decades. Electric Boulevard, featuring vibrant rows of independent shops with stylish apartments above, will be at the heart of the new community.

Temple Quarter Emprise Campus (TQEC)

The University of Bristol’s new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus sits at the heart of the city’s vibrant new Temple Quarter and adjacent to the main railway terminus, Bristol Temple Meads. With improvements to the train station planned, as well as new housing, infrastructure, retail and leisure areas, the Temple Quarter initiative aims to create 22,000 jobs over the lifetime of the project.

New Stadium for Everton

To give fans the modern matchday experience they expect, Everton is putting everything that makes Goodison Park so special – the character, camaraderie and shared sense of tradition – into creating an inspirational new place to play and watch football. Set on Liverpool’s waterfront, the planned stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock will reinvigorate a semi-derelict site less than two miles along the Mersey from the famous Royal Liver Building.
