The role

As a Sales Intelligence Executive, you will be a vital member of the Sales Intelligence team, responsible for maximizing growth within the On-Trade channel using digital tools, reporting and analytics. The On-Trade channel encompasses points of sale such as restaurants and bars where beer is consumed. Your role will play a crucial part in the end-to-end development of analytical & reporting capabilities, involving stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. As such, we are seeking a highly independent, big-picture thinker who is also comfortable working directly with the business and is versatile enough to handle various responsibilities. 

 Duties & responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to improve data quality and further develop data quality checks, integrating solutions to reduce inefficiencies and automate processes as much as possible. 
  • Responsible for maintaining all our mapping keys within our database.
  • Managing and ensuring smooth process flows in monthly data mapping and building processes.
  • Work alongside the team to improve and further develop our visibilities, dashboards, and reporting tools for stakeholders across teams cross-functionally, which will guide the decision-making, action & strategy.
  • Project and stakeholder management to drive results in a collaborative manner 
  • To identify opportunities to develop and implement new processes and ways of working within Sales Intelligence.

Who we’re looking for

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics is preferred. However, candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered if they can demonstrate strong quantitative skills and relevant experience..
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of data visualization concepts and techniques.
  • Understanding of databases and workflow systems; programming experience in Python and/or R is beneficial.
  • Preferred experience working with business intelligence tools, preferably Power BI.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
