The programme
Over the course of this 11-month programme, we will help you to develop an enviable set of skills through exposure to different business areas, and involvement on various significant projects.
We’re open to your fresh ideas and different perspective. You’ll be asked to challenge our current thinking and look for ways to improve on existing processes – enabling us to work faster, and more efficiently.
Your placement will hone your business skills and commercial thinking, offering a chance to impact on our business performance – the live projects you'll work on is very much tailored to your skills.
You’ll have the chance to work with people at all levels of the organisation, from graduates to senior leaders. This placement is all about making things happen through working with others. At the same time, you’ll get to build networks with both our business placement and graduate communities.
About you
You will be daring, strategic and have creative vision. You will be predicted to achieve a 2:2 or equivalent on a degree course in any subject. You MUST be returning to university following your 11-month placement with us.

- All sections of your application need to be complete, including all online tests, by the deadline given
- Due to high volumes of applications, you may only apply for one graduate programme. We would recommend for you to read about each graduate scheme before applying as only your first application will be considered
- If you are successful with the online tests, you will be invited to complete a short video interview within a given timeframe
- Across all stages of the application process, if you fail to submit by the deadline, your application will be automatically withdrawn.
Do you have any questions or need advice? During the recruitment window, we will be running weekly virtual drop-in centres for applicants to talk to our recruitment team. Come along any Tuesday between 3:30pm and 4:30pm.

Timelines for this recruitment process
- Initial applications open between 4th November – 21st November.
- If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview early December 2024
- If your video interview is successful, you will be invited to an Assessment Centre in February 2025
