As we grow and scale, we’re looking for two Events Marketing Interns to join our fast-paced Events Team over the summer months.

More about the opportunity

As an Events Marketing Intern, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative Events Marketing Team, working directly alongside the Events Marketing Manager on a wide range of projects & responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate/university leaver looking for a fully-paid summer internship from mid-May – September 2022. This is a prime opportunity to get some fantastic exposure to a fast-paced events team!

Specifically, you will:

  • Support the Events Marketing team in creating digital event marketing campaigns to drive event applications
  • Assist with the creation and development of relevant content for the Bright Network website
  • Review and proof-read digital and print marketing materials to ensure high-quality content is communicated to our B2C audience
  • Create and execute the social media strategy for upcoming events
  • Assist with end-to-end event management of our current portfolio of events including, but not limited to, preparation and coordination of hybrid and virtualevents, managing the events inbox by responding to student and client enquiries and creating event applications and surveys
  • Manage the application process and ensure event attendees are kept warm throughout the application process and lead up to the event as well as manage attendance on the day of events
  • Assist with data analysis to measure the success of marketing campaigns and assess both client and attendee feedback

  • You're a recent university leaver/graduate who is available to undertake a full-time, paid internship this summer from mid/late May to September
  • You can demonstrate a passion for marketing through your extra curricular involvement or prior relevant work experience
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills – especially charismatic when interacting with high-profile clients and Bright Network members
  • You pride yourself on being a diligent and reliable team player with creativity in abundance and meticulous attention to detail!
  • You’re keen to learn from a collaborative team, but also able to use your initiative and work independently within a fast-paced work environment
  • You share Bright Network’s core values of growth mindset, will to win and trusted deliver

Key details:

  • Salary : £22,000 per annum
  • Dates : mid/late May – 30th September 2022
  • Location : London, Liverpool Street (with some opportunities to work remotely)
  • Reporting to : Events Marketing Manager
