As we grow and scale, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate graduate to join our Marketing team as a Community Intern for 6 months!

Our Marketing team sits at the core of the business and helps our 500,000+ members connect with the best resources and advice on how to build their career. We’re looking for a new Community Intern to join us for six months who’s interested in making a real difference to our members’ careers and wants to help drive our mission forward.

Specifically you will…

Take responsibility for managing all incoming communications from our members, including managing our Zendesk inbox, answering incoming calls, as well as our live chat website function
Innovate new ways to engage with our members and answer their questions more effectively, including running focus groups
Work with the whole business to understand key messages and initiatives so that you can communicate these clearly and efficiently to the membership
Find new ways to give the best advice in an automated but personal advice to members
Track key KPIs to make sure we’re continuing to provide an exceptional service
Oversee our “Champagne” collection for members who’ve secured a role and generate advice content from them to share we current undergraduates
Manage our brand and interactions on social media to always stay on the pulse of what’s happening online

Does this sound like you?

You’ll be a recent graduate looking to undertake a six month internship within a fast growth team
You have a demonstrable track record of providing excellent customer service in a previous role
You’ll be an outstanding communicator, both in person and online
You pride yourself on your excellent organizational skills
You’ll be confident and keen to stick your hand up to get involved, never afraid to share & contribute creative ideas to the team
You’ll be keen to make the most of an opportunity to intern at a high growth business – where flexibility & adaptability are key.
You have a good understanding of the graduate careers market
You must have the full & unrestricted right to work in the UK.

Key details :

Salary : £22,000 per annum
Start Date: January 4th, 2022
Contract: 6 month internship
Location : London, Liverpool Street
Working hours : 9am-6pm (9am-5pm on Fridays)

2nd round : 60-minute values & culture interview
