Bouygues UK is recruiting for a Graduate Assistant Site Manager.
The role
Supporting our London & South East region the Graduate Assistant Site Manager will learn and develop the skills necessary to support the project in the co-ordination and control of the onsite construction process.
The Graduate Assistant Site Manager will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.
We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.

- A 2:1 in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- A genuine interest in the construction industry
