Are you a talented communicator looking to make a real impact in one of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects? Bouygues TP are part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) and we are seeking a Communications Graduate to support the development of Sizewell C – a 3.2-gigawatt power station set to generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes for at least 60 years.
As part of the CWA, you'll work directly with our Communications lead and team, crafting and distributing high-quality content for both internal and external audiences. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our communication channels and ensuring that all our materials are current, accurate, and impactful.
Key responsibilities
- Source and prepare regular staff briefings
- Draft, edit, and proofread content across various channels
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Administer content rollout on digital screens and manage our photo library, including drone and time-lapse photography
- Support visits to the site, including schools and VIPs
- Update content on the CWA website and LinkedIn pages
What we’re looking for
- A degree-level education (expecting to achieve a 2.i or above) with excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences
- Experience in producing written content
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and collaborate across departments
- Flexibility to travel as required
Bonus skills
- Experience in Construction or Civil Engineering (advantageous, not essential)
- Basic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, or basic video editing
