This role will be part of our fast-paced Marketing department. You will work predominantly in our Loyalty and Campaigns team, working on our B2B Loyalty programme. Within this team you’ll get the chance to work across a range of different campaigns, with your main project to maintain our e-commerce store. This is a fast-paced and ever-changing role; no two days will be the same.
In this role, you will be responsible for
You will report into the Customer Loyalty & Campaigns manager and your main tasks will include:
- Responsible for all stock management of our B2B loyalty offering and our internal store.
- Supplier management – weekly and monthly catch ups with all suppliers.
- Key contact for any order queries from both internal stakeholders and loyalty members.
- Monthly reporting on all store items – reporting on the quick moving items and raising when you see new trends emerging with products.
- Financial reporting – monthly financial reporting for our internal finance department.
- Shop campaigns – coming up with ideas for seasonal shop campaigns, including national campaigns such as Black Friday.
- Photo-shoot support for any shop photography needed.
- Maintenance of store to also include regularly reviewing and updating the messaging on the store to ensure its continuously current and up-to date.
- You will also need to be on hand to support our loyalty customer service team at busy periods too, both via the phone and emails.

Qualifications
Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Be studying either Marketing, Merchandising or something similar.
- Be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Microsoft Dynamics experience would be beneficial, as we will be moving to this CRM system shortly
