Job description

Join us for your placement year in summer 2025! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.

Working in the After Sales department, this is an opportunity to join the Fleet & Field support team providing a wide range of administrative functions to our highly successful business. With responsibility for circa 600 company vehicles, you will be working as part of a team in a busy environment that strives to deliver world class service and support to both our internal and external customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Providing general administrative support to the after sales area and where applicable the department and business       
  • Processing orders and despatching items to field service engineers.
    Invoicing and processing of all fines
  • Accurately track and report all Fleet related costs
  • Facilitate the resolution of driver issues and requests
  • Involvement in our project to transition our fleet of light commercial vehicles to alternative fuels in line with government legislation and our own internal sustainability targets.

Qualifications

Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.
